By creating an account or using the getserved app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. These terms apply to the customer app; service providers are separately bound by the provider app's own terms.
getserved is a marketplace operated by VriddhiOne AI Systems Pvt Ltd that connects customers with independent local service providers. Providers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of VriddhiOne AI Systems Pvt Ltd. We facilitate discovery, booking, and payment — we do not ourselves perform the services booked through the app.
You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Indian mobile number to create an account. You're responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account details up to date.
Access is via a one-time code sent to your mobile number — there's no password to manage, but you're responsible for keeping your phone and phone number secure, since anyone with access to your number can request a login code.
When you book a service, the app shows an estimated price based on the provider's rate card for that service, plus any applicable surcharges (for example, an emergency booking surcharge, or an after-hours charge if the provider has set one and your chosen time falls outside their standard working hours). This estimate may differ from the final price if the actual job scope differs once the provider assesses it in person.
Payments are processed through the app's in-app payment flow. You authorize us to charge the agreed amount once a booking is confirmed and paid for. A platform commission is deducted from the amount paid to the provider — this doesn't change what you pay as a customer.
You may cancel a booking using the in-app cancellation option while it's still eligible (shown on the booking's details screen). Where a cancellation is eligible for a refund, it's processed back to your original payment method. Providers may also decline or cancel a request; in that case any amount paid is refunded in full. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to book in future.
Providers on getserved go through an identity and document verification process before being allowed to accept bookings. This helps establish trust, but VriddhiOne AI Systems Pvt Ltd does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any specific job. If something goes wrong with a booking, use the app's support/complaint options so we can help resolve it.
You may leave a rating and review once a booking is marked complete. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience — false, defamatory, or abusive reviews may be removed, and repeated abuse of this feature may lead to account suspension.
You agree not to: provide false identity or contact information; use the app for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent the platform to arrange payment or bookings outside the app in a way that undermines dispute protections; harass, threaten, or discriminate against providers; or interfere with the app's normal operation (including attempting to access other users' accounts or data).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VriddhiOne AI Systems Pvt Ltd's liability for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent service providers.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other users. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be addressed through our support channel below; if unresolved, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over VriddhiOne AI Systems Pvt Ltd's registered office.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. We'll reflect the updated date here; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
